Leading Lights

The Caribbean Development Bank approved a project for Antigua & Barbuda to replace their street lighting with energy-efficient, LED lighting. The CDB turned to Tarsier to help craft a series of videos highlighting the socio-economic impact that the programme has had on the islands.
