Create an engaging and rewarding campaign that would encourage repeat business and attract new customers.
The Challenge
North Coast Hardware sought to expand its customer base, particularly during slower sales periods, while simultaneously gathering valuable customer data for future marketing efforts.
The Solution
To grow its customer base and gather valuable data, we launched a year-long promotional campaign, offering $750 in groceries monthly for 12 months and a $4,000 grand prize for a total of $13,000.00 in groceries and cash. Partnering with 1st Choice Foods for this promotion, we extended North Coast’s brand presence into supermarkets with in-store marketing materials, including a life-sized Beatrice cutout, posters, and signage. A multi-channel strategy featuring TV, radio, social media ads, live appearances, and window artwork amplified awareness. Customers entered by spending $10+ and filling out a voucher, boosting engagement and sales.
