How do you introduce a lumber yard to a community that doesn’t know it exists? By creating a campaign that’s impossible to ignore. The Good Wood campaign put North Coast Hardware’s lumber yard on the map.
The Challenge
Despite years of serving loyal customers, many were unaware that North Coast Hardware had a lumber yard. Even those who knew often stuck with their usual suppliers. Overcoming this lack of awareness and shifting ingrained buying habits became the campaign’s biggest challenge.
The Solution
We crafted a bold and memorable campaign with the tagline ‘It’s Not Good Wood If It’s Not Our Wood.’ Using strategic outdoor signage and engaging social media content, we sparked curiosity and conversations. A public service announcement video and radio ad further reinforced the message, showcasing North Coast Hardware’s superior lumber quality and building trust with customers. This multi-faceted approach ensured that everyone knew where to find the best wood in town.
